Terry Turner brings an impressive record leading sales, marketing, customer service and operations organizations for established and start-up companies. In his previous role as President of Field Operations at One Network, Inc., he was responsible for business growth in the exciting Cloud Computing market to Retail, Manufacturing, Logistics and Public Sector industry segments, both domestically and internationally.
Turner’s authentic motivational leadership style has served him well, with an outstanding record of building and retaining results-oriented teams. He held executive positions at Harcourt Assessment, Inc., where he led remarkable revenue growth in catalog sales and custom state contracts. His ability to transform the company’s approach from product-centric to customer-centric aligns well with InterAct’s strong commitment to delivering Five Star Customer Service.
Previously, Turner held senior leadership positions at Xerox Computer Services, MSA / D&B Software, i2 Technologies and Evant, where he achieved notable successes. While achieving significant revenue results throughout his distinguished career, he is especially effective in developing strong working relationships with customers, partners and employees.
He is a Pepperdine University graduate of the Graziadio School of Business and Management in Malibu, California.
