User GroupsShare Information and Drive Product Development with iNetworkInterAct is committed to providing industry leading, best-of-breed products that will meet the various needs of our broad customer base. That is why we look to our customers to play a key role in the future development of InterAct solutions. InterAct’s iNetwork User Group program provides an open forum for the exchange of ideas in an independent, not-for-profit setting. Open to any user of InterAct products, an iNetwork User Group follows strategic plans for focusing on communication in both the user-to-user platform, as well as the user-to-InterAct channels. Users share best practices and technical techniques for implementing and using InterAct products more effectively. Through enhancement request voting and in-depth discussion, users can directly affect product and industry direction. Each users group elects its own Executive Committee Membership Board who volunteers their time to ensure the success of the organization's mission of representing the voice of the user. These elected officials relay valuable feedback on current software and recommendations for future releases to InterAct's Product Development Team. Members have an active roll in communication at regional user group meetings and annual state conferences conducted by InterAct.
