InterAct OdysseyMobile is a reliable, easy-to-use mobile system for dispatch, query, and information sharing. Mobile units receive calls for service with all the information they need about the caller, location, best route, prior incidents, and other assigned units. A touch of the screen updates unit status. Queries are easy to enter and hits are highlighted visibly and audibly according to policy and preference. Supervisors have mobile access to incidents and unit assignments. Units equipped with mobile mapping and automatic vehicle location (AVL) can see incidents on the map and the location of nearby units.
