InterActMobile (formerly known as MobileCop from BIO-key) is a complete public safety wireless query and messaging application that uses state-of-the-art wireless communications technology and advanced data query methodologies to search local, state and federal databases, and display responses in a logical and unique way; to send and receive messages, maintain status and transfer data from other mobile and desktop locations.

Mobile units receive calls for service with all the information they need about the caller, location, best route, prior incidents, and other assigned units from any computer-aided dispatch system, including InterActCAD. A touch of the screen updates unit status. Queries are easy to enter and hits are highlighted visibly and audibly according to policy and preference. Supervisors have mobile access to incidents and unit assignments. Units equipped with mobile mapping and automatic vehicle location (InterActAVL) can see incidents on the map and the location of nearby units.

Flexible Network Options – IntreActMobile’s unique communications services allow the use of multiple wired and wireless infrastructures simultaneously. MobileCop users on one network can communicate seamlessly with users on another network.

Connectivity – InterActMobile provides access to CJIS/NCIC, NLETS, and other information systems simultaneously through InterActInfoServer. Users can also access RMS data, for instance from InterActRMS, using InterActInfoExchange without costly custom interfaces, lag time to delivery, or retraining.

Seamless Integration and Data Flow – InterActMobile is integrated with multiple computer-aided dispatch systems, including InterActCAD. It is also integrated with InterActGIS and InterActRMS enabling all incident data to flow from your CAD, to the field, and directly into the RMS without the need to re-enter it.
