InterAct offers a variety of add-on modules for InterActMobile, all expertly designed to allow users to perform specific field reporting tasks.

  • InfoExchange™  A simple, low-cost  solution that  lets you put records management system (RMS) data directly and automatically in the hands of your officers on the street. It is fully integrated with InterActMobile and InterActPocketCop, so you can very quickly and easily get this information to all your users, without costly custom interfaces, lag time to delivery, or retraining. With InfoExchange you can share data across jurisdictions and even access data from agencies which aren't InterActMobile users.
  • TStop™  A tool for agencies that want to quickly, easily and accurately capture traffic stop data in the field. Forms can be populated with data directly from query returns thereby reducing data entry time and capturing information quickly and accurately. Summary reports can be generated from the collected data.
  • Field Interview Tracker™  Enables users to easily capture field contact information and store it in a searchable database where it can be located quickly. Agencies can create online contact forms that meet their specific needs and multiple agencies can share information while using their own forms and procedures. Reports can be generated from the collected data.
  • PatrolJournal™ Enterprise A paperless, electronic method for recording and reporting officers’ daily field activities, giving your supervisors and command staff  the “enterprise-wide” view they need to make sound decisions on how resources are allocated and dollars spent. PatrolJournal Enterprise ensures that all relevant field activity data from InterActMobile users is captured immediately and accurately. It comes with powerful reporting tools to interpret that data for flagging unusual or time-intensive activities and identifying trends, justifying budget requests for additional personnel, and determining how and where to redeploy officers and units.
  • State Crash Report™  An add-on field reporting application that allows users to capture information regarding vehicle crashes, store the data for future use and generate reports in a state-approved format.

Field Based Reporting

InterAct's field based reporting is seamlessly integrated with InterAct’s records management systems for law enforcement, fire, and EMS. It contains a number of integrated components, including:

  • Role-Based Security Manager
  • Customized Electronic Forms
  • Sophisticated Workflow Manager
  • RMS Importer

Reports can be completed by officers in the field and approved by supervisors in the office, keeping law enforcement officers on the streets where they are needed most. Our goal is to minimize the amount of routine paperwork so that you can keep your officers in the field where they belong.
