Easy Management & Reporting with HyperionMIS

HyperionMIS is comprised of three main components that enable dispatch centers to maximize their efficiency, including the:

  • MIS Client—allows users to edit dispatcher’s names, add MIS users, configure line groups, and generate, save, and export a variety of reports.
  • Report Generator—allows a user to select and print a variety of prepared reports on demand or schedule them for automatic printing at a later time and date
  • MIS Service Manager—used to configure the MIS data collection system, edit the way ESN information is processed, and start or stop the MIS Services on the MIS Server

InterAct has also improved the quality of the reports generated through HyperionMIS with the following upgrades:

  • Rapid printing—up to 100% faster
  • New statistic selection tool that allows quicker access to over 100 statistics available from the Management Display Console
  • The report generator can run in the background, allowing the Management Display Console to be used while the reports are printing
  • Users have the option to schedule reports to print at a later date or time
  • Any report can be scheduled to print on a reoccurring basis
  • Subtotals now appear at the bottom of several of the reports making it easy to compare numbers
  • New, more sophisticated graphs have been added to the programming
  • All reports can be exported to a variety of different formats, including Adobe PDF and Microsoft Excel
  • Management Display Console reports can be exported to a Comma Separated format (CSV) which is faster and can be imported by almost any program including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Access
  • The Call Detail Report Builder has been redesigned, making it easier to filter a report to specific criteria
  • Call Detail Reports can be scheduled to print at a later date or on a reoccurring basis, without having to edit the call detail report settings
  • All reports can be filtered by ANI
  • Custom Statistic Generation allows for more detailed PSAP or System-wide reporting, based on individual criteria
  • HyperionMIS follows the Microsoft standard for installing or removing software
