InterAct JavelinNCIC interface can operate as a stand-alone product, however integration with our Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD) system enhances a dispatcher's ability to quickly obtain the proper query returns from the state without having to access a separate terminal or application. Integration with OdysseyMobile gives field personnel the same access allowing them to access critical information on a person, vehicle, or location quickly, without relying on the dispatcher and tying up radio time.
