InterAct Mobile
A complete, wireless query and messaging software solution for law enforcement officers from their vehicles on any Windows-based laptop, netbook or tablet. InterAct Mobile provides real-time retrieval of critical Federal, state and local information, including stolen vehicles and outstanding warrants, as well as driver and vehicle records.
PocketCop
The same secure mobile law enforcement data query, messaging and CAD access on inexpensive Android, BlackBerry and Windows Mobile smartphones. Officers in vehicles, on foot, motorcycle and mounted patrol, as well as investigators and command-level staff, can quickly and easily get the time-critical information they need, anytime, anywhere, without dispatcher involvement or delay.
DataSharing and Interoperability Solutions
InterAct’s DataSharing and Interoperability solutions extend the reach of InterAct Mobile and PocketCop users with access to local data and critical information from other agencies and jurisdictions.
InfoExchange puts information about a person from your agency’s records management system (RMS), Wants & Warrants database and other local data stores directly and automatically in the hands of InterAct Mobile and PocketCop users.
DataShare allows two or more agencies to exchange critical information, including RMS and field interview and suspicious activity reports, and provide that data directly to InterAct Mobile and PocketCop users.
For Other First Responders
InterAct’s solutions also help Fire, Rescue, Emergency Management and other responders get the information they need.
InterAct Mobile for Fire & Rescue provides secure, “scanner-proof” messaging and optional CAD integration for Fire & Rescue and other first responders who don’t require NCIC access.
SecureMessage enables other first responders and emergency managers to participate in a single, secure and interoperable data messaging system with each other and with InterAct Mobile and PocketCop users – on any combination of desktops, mobile laptops and Windows Mobile or BlackBerry smartphones.
Productivity Solutions
InterAct’s Productivity Solutions serve as a force multiplier by reducing the time officers spend on traffic and other stops freeing them to respond to the next call for service and delivering more accurate information for better decisions.
With EZ-License a law enforcement officer can swipe a magnetic stripe or scan the bar code on the back of a driver’s license and import that information directly into an InterAct Mobile query without re-typing the driver’s license data.
Scan & See takes license data capture one-step further. An officer at a traffic stop can scan the bar code on a driver’s license without having to walk back to the squad car and leaving the vehicle and driver unattended – protecting officer safety as well as reducing stop time.
e-Citations: Officers can quickly and easily issue traffic citations right from their InterAct Mobile laptops. The citation can also be printed and delivered right at the stop, saving more agency time and expense.
Field Interview Tracker (FIT): Officers can quickly record key information from field interviews or submit a suspicious activity report (SAR). Whenever another query on is run on that subject, the response will automatically include any FIT reports previously submitted – helping the officer or investigator “connect the dots” and uncover potential criminal behavior patterns.
