Sheriff Hancock County, MS  Katrina completely wiped out our entire PSAP infrastructure - we had to completely rebuild everything. The learning curve for new CAD equipment is challenging under the best of conditions. InterAct worked hand-in-hand with our dispatchers who hadn't been exposed to the system. They spent several days on site training dispatchers during each shift. They stood by to ensure that everyone was using the systems correctly. There was nowhere to sleep, so they pitched tents or slept in their cars for the duration of their time here. Everyone worked together to get us up and running as quickly as possible.
