TrueSentry

TrueSentry has out of the box integration to InterAct's computer aided dispatch system for direct escalation of video incidents and sharing of video to emergency dispatchers. Using InterAct's dispatch mapping system, the camera network can exist as a map overlay with live status and activity monitoring of your camera network.

Dispatchers can also click on camera map icons to view live video feeds in real-time.

TrueSentry seamlessly integrates with MissionMode for ;online crisis communications management and team coordination, in addition to alert notification. When TrueSentry detects a threat, set rules to determine when police or security personnel should be notified immediately and speed up your response efforts.

For tight integration to TrueSentry, remote clients can make calls to the Web service using XML, WSDL, and SOAP protocols over encrypted socket layer (SSL) connections. The system has been tested to support Windows, .Net, and Java clients. This Web service provides a very powerful platform for customization and a software development kit for extending it to meet future needs.
