Product Tip - CAD
Did you know that selecting the ‘~’ key (located to the left of the 1 key) in CAD will filter your System Monitor window to display only Pending calls? To confirm you are viewing only Pending calls, check if there is a + sign next to your call count in the upper right. Just select the ‘~’ again to change your view back to see all calls.
