Geographic Information Systems
InterAct GIS is a dynamic map display that shows caller locations from both wired and wireless sources, providing information on incidents, units, landmarks, aerial and satellite imagery, specific structure photos, and other geo-based items necessary to direct a successful PSAP response through InterAct CAD or CAD legacy systems.
Total connectivity
As a result of the seamless integration between InterAct CAD and InterAct GIS, dispatchers can create calls, drag and drop units, and manage and change unit status right on the visual map.

InterAct GIS supports Environmental Services Research Institute platforms (ESRI) and all other industry-standard GIS formats to provide best-in-class connectivity and integration across current industry platforms.
Geo-Coding Functionality
Our unique reverse geo-coding functionality enables dispatchers to take lat/long rebid information and pinpoint the caller location in relation to the nearest address a necessary function for tracking moving vehicles and choreographing dispatch across equipment and agencies to an incident.
The InterAct GIS Suite of Products
InterAct GIS was developed with first responders in mind. Not only is the system capable of pinpointing the location of the scene, but it will also disclose a considerable amount of critical information before units arrive.
InterActAVL further speeds response efforts. The software tracks units on the map in real time, enabling dispatchers to identify which officers are in close proximity and best equipped to respond to the scene.
