InterAct Mobile A comprehensive in-car mobile data system for every type of first-responder including uniformed and non-uniformed law enforcement, fire, and EMT units providing scalable, flexible and portable access to mission-critical information on any Windows-based laptop computer or workstation.
PocketCop The same secure mobile law enforcement data query, messaging and CAD access on inexpensive Blackberry and Windows Mobile smartphones. PocketCop provides secure access for NCIC, motor vehicles and other database queries, with alarm capabilities and wireless messaging. Officers in vehicles, on foot, motorcycle and mounted patrol, as well as investigators and command-level staff, can quickly and easily get the time-critical information they need, without dispatcher involvement and waiting for a verbal response.

- InterAct Mobile Law is a complete wireless query and messaging software solution for law enforcement officers for use from their vehicles on any Windows-based laptop.
- InterAct Mobile Fire & Rescue provides the same messaging and optional CAD integration for Fire & Rescue and other first responders who don’t require NCIC (National Crime Information Center) access.
- Info Exchange puts person information from the agency records management system (RMS), Wants & Warrants database and other local data stores directly and automatically into the hands of InterAct Mobile and PocketCop users.
- Data Share allows two or more agencies to exchange information types and provide data directly to InterAct Mobile and PocketCop users
- Hosting Service enables access through partnerships with Nlets (National Law Enforcement Telecommunications System) and its customers; InterAct offers a mobile data hosting service for agencies in most states.
- Secure Message permits any number and combination of desktop, mobile laptop and Windows Mobile or BlackBerry smartphone users to participate in a single, secure and interoperable data messaging system.
