DETECT an incident

InterAct’s integrated emergency response systems arm agencies with the decision-making tools to swiftly identify and respond to emergencies in the best manner possible. Agencies using our systems can process emergency wired, wireless and VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol) calls more efficiently and cost-effectively, give dispatchers critical incident information, and quickly deploy emergency personnel. InterAct Public Safety Systems provides a complete, cost-effective solution for delivery of VolP calls to existing PSAP (Public Safety Answering Point) call management infrastructures. NG911 (Next Generation 911) is a truly IP-enabled system of managed IP-based networks that augments today’s E911. Modular in its approach and flexible enough to handle call volumes from the smallest to the largest, NG911 is a true next generation 911 system that can provide help to anyone that calls – anytime, anywhere and from any device.

DECIDE on the best response

Our computer aided dispatch (CAD) system is feature-rich and is the easiest to use computer aided dispatch system. InterAct CAD gives dispatchers the information they need to make time-critical, life-saving decisions. InterAct CAD is a flexible telecommunication aid designed to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of your emergency dispatching operation. Our CAD system provides state-of-the-art technology to assist with receiving and managing emergency calls and dispatching them to the appropriate public safety personnel.

DIRECT first responders

The ability to accurately and effectively direct first responders to a location is a critical factor during any emergency or unplanned event. InterAct GIS gives agencies pinpoint map accuracy to speed emergency response. InterAct GIS is a dynamic map display that shows caller locations from both wired and wireless sources, providing information on incidents, units, landmarks, aerial and satellite imagery, specific structure photos, and other geo-based items necessary to direct a successful PSAP response through InterAct CAD or CAD legacy systems. Our automatic vehicle location system, InterActAVL, further speeds response efforts. The software tracks units on the map in real time, enabling dispatchers to identify which officers are in close proximity and best equipped to respond to the scene.

DEPLOY the right resources

The InterAct Mobile suite of mobile data solutions delivers to public safety agencies the most up-to-date information from federal, state and agency databases on laptops, tablets and smartphones. By gaining access to critical data in the field without having to call a dispatcher, officers and other first responders are able to make faster, more informed decisions. When integrated with InterAct CAD, the Mobile suite enables dispatchers and first responders to more quickly and accurately react to emergencies.

DOCUMENT the incident

Consistent and concise documentation of incidents is a necessary and often time-consuming task. InterAct RMS is a comprehensive information management system designed specifically to meet the needs of federal, state, and local law enforcement and investigative agencies. InterAct RMS (Records Management System) extracts, filters, and shares data from multiple sources within one easy-to-use management system. InterAct RMS gives organizations unprecedented intelligence to identify emerging public safety trends. RMS accurately documents the incident to satisfy reporting requirements and keeps agencies operating at optimum efficiency.
