Staging Facilities

InterAct has maintained a competitive edge due to our commitment to building and installing highly integrated public safety systems. Our staging facility, which is a rare commodity in the industry, allows us to reduce the time it takes to install new systems by days, even weeks. It’s no wonder that our customer satisfaction rates continue to soar.

We’ve assembled a team of project managers who guide the entire building/installation process from start to finish – from gathering information from our customers regarding their systems' requirements and other pertinent data, to the final installation at the customer’s site.

Every system is then built from the ground up in our staging area, meeting the exact needs of a client (including furniture, if necessary). After initial construction, systems are turned over to our Quality Assurance department for thorough and rigorous testing. Our QA specialists use an elaborate array of tests to "dig deep" for any signs of trouble in handling large volumes of calls, data displays, and other variables in functionality. This helps hold the "de-bugging" phase of an installation to a bare minimum.

Once QA gives a system a clean bill of health, the system is disassembled into "plug-and-play" components, loaded onto trucks owned and operated by InterAct, and quickly delivered to their final destinations.

Since we've developed this one-of-a-kind system for building complete systems, we're able to complete installation in a customer's site in as little as five working days, depending on the level of customization and system complexity. This greatly reduces the upheaval usually involved with other, typical installations.
